PHYSICAL EXAM

We will do a thorough history and physical exam and make age specific recommendations for screenings - cancer immunization, bloodwork etc . WE MAKE IT HAPPEN

There is generally no copay on insurances for a physical exam

PROBLEM FOCUSED VISIT

We will diagnose and treat a specific problem

We will address 1 problem at a time and treat it

VENIPUNCTURE

We will draw your blood and send to labs associated with your insurance .

Will generally get back results in 24-48 hrs

EKG

We perform an electrocardiogram in the office to help diagnose cardiovascular diseases

ULTRASOUND

We perform in office ultrasound. Ultrasound uses sound waves to produce pictures of our internal organs to aid in a diagnosis

We do echocardiograms, ultrasounds of carotid, abdomen, thyroid and peripheral vascular testing

IMMUNIZATION

We give immunizations to help you fight off diseases

TELEMEDICINE

We do tele-video consults online. Please call and request a visit for people on the go, medication refills, urgicare issues etc. The doctor will decide if he needs to see you.

URGENT CARE

We provide URGENT CARE SERVICES . Just walk in for urgent care services like a sore throat, ear infection, allergies, wound care , sinus infections, rash etc .

Go to the ER if you believe you have a life threatening condition like a heart attack, stroke etc . The rest can be managed in our primary care office or in the urgent care at significantly less wait times and cost.
